Why meet with ARC?
ARC Laboratory has received formal confirmation from the UK MHRA that, due to our Northern Ireland location, we can self-designate to enable testing of both EU and UK clinical trial samples under the IVDR Health Institution Exemption (Article 5(5)) – avoiding the need for a separate IVDR Performance Study application or Competent Authority approval.
